You sat dow...I do think you have broke it as well. You sat down and WROTE a POEM......one we probably all can empathize with really. Don't expect more of yourself than that, and the rest will follow. Every poem will not be a masterpiece, but it WILL be something written....and if one in ten is a 'masterpiece' the nine others will have been worth the effort. However, I think you already beat it. I like this write and I can totally relate to the frustration. Sometimes going for a walk and noting details can get me going.
